Michael Fiorile
Chairman, Dispatch Printing Company
Michael J. Fiorile is Chairman of The Dispatch Printing Company. He is former Chairman and CEO of Dispatch Broadcast Group, which included WBNS-TV, WBNS-AM/FM and Ohio News Network in Columbus; and WTHR-TV and WALV-CD in Indianapolis. He also serves as Chairman of Capitol Square Ltd. (real estate).
He currently serves on the following boards: Broadcast Music, Inc. (Chair), National Association of Broadcasters and Broadcasters Foundation of America. He has also served on both the CBS and NBC Affiliate Associations as Chair.
Active in community affairs, Michael currently serves on the boards of Nationwide Children’s Hospital, The Columbus Partnership and Ohio Business Roundtable. He is Past Chair of CelebrateOne.
He is a member of the boards of directors of State Auto Mutual Insurance Companies and State Auto Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: STFC), headquartered in Columbus, Ohio; and of Beasley Broadcast Group
(NASDAQ: BBGI), headquartered in Naples, Florida.
Michael graduated cum laude from Boston College with a B.A. in Communications.
He and his wife, Karen, reside in Columbus. They have two daughters and three grandchildren.
